The 2024 Dodge Challenger eMuscle model will arrive at some point next year, and it will be a truly impressive muscle car. Stellantis has big plans for its lineup that includes crossovers and SUVs. Dodge Challenger eMuscle EV Specs
The upcoming 2024 Dodge Challenger eMuscle will be an all-electric model. However, Challenger should continue to live with a traditional combustion engine as well. According to numerous reports, the upcoming six-cylinder engine will have the same power as the famous Hemi V8 5.7-liter engine. This translates to at least 372 horsepower from the engine, which is thought to be a 3.0-liter six-cylinder.
The iconic Hellcat with 6.2-liter Hemi power will be in the 2023 Challenger. With pollution regulations tightening and the V8 paving the road for electrification, the new eMuscle Challenger is the most logical outcome. It’s a natural addition to the Challenger range as electrification depletes future offerings.
The Dodge Chargers will have a layout and offerings comparable to the Challengers. Both will be built on Stellantis’ large automobile electric vehicle platform. The eMuscle is expected to cost more than gasoline-powered Challenger variants, although we don’t know the engine specs. At this moment, the rumors are suggesting around 500 miles of driving range on a single charge.
Exterior and Interior Changes
The brand-new 2024 Dodge Challenger eMuscle will surely provide a lot of dramatic upgrades. As we said, there are not so many details right now. The carmaker teased us with a photo that didn’t show that much. However, the image shows the famous Fratzog logo, something Dodge used in the 1960s and 1970s. A two-door Challenger is coming, but we believe the four-door models will also arrive at some point in the future. We expect to see numerous trim levels and a lot of changes. That includes exterior redesign with new wheels, new front fascia, and fresh exterior colors.
Inside the cabin, Challenger eMuscle will surely provide a more futuristic look, like any other electric model. Thanks to that, the manufacturer will add a larger touchscreen option, additional safety aids, and new upholstery. Some sort of hands-free autonomous driving system is a possibility as well. 2024 Dodge Challenger eMuscle Release Date, Price
First reports are saying that the 2024 Dodge Challenger eMuscle will have four trim levels: SX, GT, R/T, and Hellcat. The base version will start at $50,000 and the range-topping Hellcat model will cost around $75,000. The sales will begin later in 2023.
