I bought the 2019 Limited loaded, l would recommend reconsider buying a Ram, for anyone who’s thinking of making a Ram purchase. Due to my experience with warranty issues, customer service in my opinion, is a joke. I’ve been trying to have the radio stack replaced for months after multiple trips to a dealership and dealing with their non effective star program to this point. Ram customer service good luck with that.
It’s almost time to buy another new one, Ram has yet to repair/replace the radio stack. This was my first purchase of a new Ram Limited and in my opinion they’ve only given lip service to my problem, they don’t even keep me informed of what “they’re not doing “ My experience and opinion.
