2019 Chrysler 300 Redesign, Review

The all-new 2019 Chrysler 300 is a full-size family sedan. Chrysler 300 offers powerful engine and all-wheel drive configuration as an option. This sedan comes with five trim levels and plenty of luxuries in every chosen trim.

It is a roomy car with a big trunk and is made for 5-passengers. The interior looks modern and elegant and the exterior comes with an aggressive stance.

The upcoming 2019 Chrysler 300 comes with a wide stance and some hard lines all over its body. It is a classic American luxury sedan styling. That design helps Chrysler to take an aggressive stance and elegance at the same time. If that is not good enough for you, American carmaker offers a more sporting 300S model that comes with more blacked-out features.

On top of that, even some packages are on the cards such as Sport Appearance and Chrome Appearance packages. With these packages, 20-inch wheels are standard, just like the additional chrome trim.

2019 Chrysler 300 Interior possess modern technologies

The interior of the approaching 2019 Chrysler 300 is a combination of tradition and modern technologies. The space inside the cabin is generous which is expected from a full-size family sedan. New Chrysler offers to seat for up to five passengers and great comfort. Rear-seat legroom is spacious and the front bucket seats are offering cooling and heating option.

The trunks are also ample as it offers more than 16 cubic feet. The rear seats fold flat for additional cargo space. The analog clock looks traditional and the rotary shift knob is somewhat unusual but kinda cool. A new 8.4-inch touchscreen is both easy to use and reach and the overall feel inside the Chrysler 300 is premium.

2019 Chrysler 300 Powertrain and Fuel Economy Rating

Two engine options are offered with the 2019 Chrysler 300. A well-known 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 is the base engine option, again. This drivetrain is standard in four out of five trim levels and it can produce up to 292 HP and 260 lb-ft of torque. Moreover, with Sport Package loaded, this engine returns 300 HP and 264 lb-ft of torque, a slight boost.

The optional engine is a powerful 5.7-liter Hemi V8. This powertrain is standard only on the 300C trim level and it cranks 363 HP and 395 lb-ft of torque. The AWD system on this one type engine is standard, while on V6 is optional.

Both engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. While the V6’s fuel economy is rated at 18mpg in the city and 27mpg on the highway, the Hemi V8 spends 16/25 mpg.

2019 Chrysler 300 Price and Release Date

The 2019 Chrysler 300 starts at $31,000. The sportier 300S will cost $37,000 and Limited model $38,000. The top-range 300C model begins at $43,000 and adding all-wheel drive configuration to V6 models will cost an additional $2,500.

So, if you want a fully loaded Chrysler 300 you’ll have to pay over $50,000. With these prices, Chrysler 300 is slightly more expensive than Chevy Impala and Ford Taurus.

However, it cost less than Hyundai Azera and Toyota Avalon. The newest Chrysler’s full-size family sedan will go on sale in the second half of 2018.
